Here's a Valkyrie cow. It's hard to make an animal with hooves look like it's holding something. And to make them stand on 2 legs but still kind of have regular cow anatomy.
Bend the properties of anatomy Kathy, bend them! After all this is what furry artists do all the time. Mix and match and forget about actual gravity getting involved. Neat pic by the way.
